Dr. Laura Olsen Taylor was raised in Mooresville, North Carolina, and graduated as Salutatorian from Lake Normal High School in 2005. She attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington for vocal performance with a minor in chemistry and graduated summa cum laude in 2009.
