Medical Services-Radiology (X-rays)
We regularly use x-rays to help identify the origin of a problem, rule out possible problems, or provide a list of possible causes when we need to figure out what's wrong with your cat. During a wellness exam, we may also use x-rays to evaluate any abnormalities before they become serious.
The bones, gastrointestinal tract (stomach, intestines, colon), respiratory tract (lungs), heart, and genitourinary system are all examined with X-rays (bladder, prostate). Radiology can be used alone or in combination with other diagnostic methods. The veterinarian's ability to interpret radiographs is extremely important.
We are pleased to provide digital radiological services (x-rays that are captured digitally rather than on film). This cutting-edge equipment allows us to diagnose your condition more quickly.
